Websites. You can make them as diverse as you want. Or just plain simple. Important for us, is to know what you as a customer need. Do you want to be able to update your website regularly with new content? In that case a Content Management System (CSM) is an indispensable tool. With a CMS you can insert new pictures, adjust articles, add events in the calendar and upload news items real easy. And you can do it yourself. The only thing you need is a computer with an internet connection.

YDSO or open source

Our favourite CMS is YDSO. We have to admit, we are biased. We developed the technology for YDSO, Young-Dogs Site Operator, ourselves. Our customers gain a lot of advantages from that. Development costs are lower and no licence costs are applied. And that is not the only advantage. Our technology is user-friendly – as we like to call it – “dummy proof”. Because this is our area of expertise we created it in a way so you, as a customer, do not need to have any knowledge about websites.

Because we prefer our own YDSO system it does not mean we are not able to create websites with Open Source systems. Possibly you are used with working with for instance Joomla or Typo3, and you want to keep using it. Read more about open source systems.

Do you want a website a little less dynamic? You can also choose for a website without CMS. These website are more often used for informative webpages or for promoting a new product.
